   I called in here to look for a special balloon for my grandson. Couldn’t find what I was looking for but the girl gave me advice and is going to personalise a balloon with his favourite character. Great service. While there I was tempted by their large selection of sweets.

   Love having this nearby, a great shop for all your last minute bits - great selection of sweets etc that are not widely available elsewhere too. Love the ice cream here, always stop by on a good sunny day & they have edible wafer tubs instead of plastic which is a plus!! Also used a few times for personalised balloons etc! Such a great shop to have at my doorstep, lots of services available here. Very helpful & always had a quick turnaround for any orders placed for balloons.

   Movie cafe have the best vanilla in the south side of glasgow. Can’t beat it, traditional ice cream shop, not many left these days so this is definitely a hidden gem on the outskirts of glasgow. Definitely worth the travel out to Eaglesham for. Highly recommend this ice cream shop.

   Totally disgusting they don't wash the spoon in between ice cream flavours and really bad attitude bcos they were asked to clean the spoon in between ice cream scoops so they weren't all mixed up and no hair nets were wore in the shop either

   Women has 0 manners and she makes you feel unwanted in her shop. Should take some tips from her daughter, who is very polite and actually listens to what you have ordered and replies accordingly. Opposed to just grunting and giving you something you did not want.

   Usually a great place I use a lot. However one horrible and rude staff member ruins its reputation. I believe her name is Tracey, will be shopping elsewhere from now on. Nothing but dirty looks and snarky tone. As someone who works in hospitality I know that being polite to customers is the easiest thing to do and improves their experience in the business, something she fails to understand.
