    I highly recommend getting a lymphatic drainage massage with Kellie! From the moment I met her, Kellie's warm demeanor put me completely at ease. The massage room itself has a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere, contributing to an overall sense of calm.     This was the poorest service I’ve ever experienced. I had an appointment with Emma for a laser treatment but was up sick the night before. Out of consideration, I sent a message around 5am to reschedule—not cancel! Instead of understanding the situation and the risk of spreading germs, she insisted I come in, saying she’d wear a mask, or else she’d have to charge me. She even mentioned needing to pay rent. While I understand business costs, prioritizing payment over customer well-being lost her a client

    I had a voucher for this place but when I tried to contact them to book a treatment they were very hard to get a hold of and they do not get back to you even though they say they will. They never seem to answer the phone, I literally tried calling them multiple times a day for several days and no one answered. I finally had to go in and book an appointment, at the appointment we discussed the various treatments and the woman said she would send me more info via whatsapp - she never did and she said she would pass on my details to one of their other girls but this other girl never contacted me - I had to phone the shop again (after several unsuccessful attempts) to chase her. After this managed to get an appointment with her were we discussed the various treatments and she said she would send me all the details of them to let me decide - she did not do this. I tried calling her a million times but she never answered or responded to texts, I eventually got through to the actual store itself after calling them multiple times and they said they would pass on my details to the girl but once again no one got back to me. I went back into the store and wrote down my details for them and the girl did finally send me a short email with some info but at that point I was super annoyed and just tired of the whole thing so I did not get back to her. I thought maybe she would then reach out to me since I was a potential client but she never did. Seems mad that I had to keep chasing them, they should have been chasing me since I was a potential client This whole experience makes them seem very unprofessional and unorganized to me and I would therefore not trust someone who runs a business like this to be doing any sort of potentially delicate treatments on my skin
