I visited today to speak with someone face-to-face about having my hair done. Stood for a good 5 minutes with the only visible staff member on her phone. This is a 2 minute walk from my work and would have been perfect. It's a little off putting though honestly when the staff are not engaged and not even aware someone has walked into the salon
Went to Lisa for my waxing and she was great, so professional and made me feel at ease. Gorgeous clean salon, highly recommend
So grateful to have found this wonderful salon and fabulous hair stylist Janis! She is consistently brilliant with colour and cut and always listens to what you want. Can 100% recommend! The salon is open later on Wed & Thurs which makes such a difference. Thank you.
I've been going to Aroha for over 3 years now, and they are FANTASTIC. I usually go in to get my hair done by Lauren, and I always leave with a massive smile because of how amazing my hair looks and feels. The salon is lovely inside, always clean and there are now partitions up between stalls. Everyone I've spoken to there is warm and friendly, and they are very easy to contact. Highly recommend.
