Arrived at 11:30PM on a Saturday night and it was closed! Signs on the door and google say that it’s open every Saturday - would suggest calling the venue before going so you don’t waste your time
Great night club, nice ppl no issues ppl come to enjoy and go home without drama. Tables available as well as private rooms.
Not the same as it used to be. Had tickets for Halloween, said start time of 9pm. Arrived just before 10.30, upstairs wasn’t even open yet. Loads of seating removed, 2/3 of the outside area shut, even at 11 when the upstairs ‘opened’ it only included main dance floor and none of the other areas. Said it was a Halloween night so you’d expect to see costumes, but got told to remove our handmade half-face masks, and were quite rude and confrontational about it (suggested we were going to beat people up - 3 girls in their twenties keeping to themselves). When leaving asked what the problem was, explained the above and told ‘well the world is changing’ - don’t ask if you don’t want to hear it! Also was scanned on entrance, including my legs which were quite obviously just in thin tights you could see through… felt like I was a criminal! Toilets however have had an upgrade and the attendant there was lovely.
Great food and experience for are first meal very helpful & nice staff always willing to help with all your needs .. only thing we would like to of seen is mick to say hello apart from that great place .
Rude, obnoxious and completely overpriced. Would never return. Treated as though I should have been happy to be in the place. £450 VIP table is just a table in a bar with sticky carpets and flat mixers. I had to complain 3 times with them still not accepting that the coke was flat! Like I was in a parallel universe. My greeting was to demand £250 the balancing payment. Not even a hello. Crazy place, I can say I have been but it is not worth the hype or the money.
Always a very good night in Sugar Hut staff friendly good atmosphere DJ's play great music drinks prices are reasonable and we'd loved all the different rooms
Would recommend brilliant food great staff can't wait to go back
