I had my hair done by the lovely Bonnie yesterday. After explaining my history of miscarriage and subsequent hair loss, Bonnie was very compassionate and listened to my needs being gentle and careful with my hair to prevent further hair loss during the treatment. She assessed my scalp and recommended hair treatments for hair loss going forward and we now have a plan of action in place to get my hair looking healthy again. I have walked away with my confidence back after such a traumatic year and I couldn’t thank Bonnie enough xx

Great experience. Its the first time in almost 10 years that I have needed to change hairdresser. Amy was great. She listened to what I was looking for and explained what we could achieve with both the colour and cut. Great consultation which means I got a great result. Also the little extra touches such as the nice latte options and the head massage made it feel like an extra treat. I've already booked my next appt - great to have a new regular hairdresser. Neil did an absolutely incredible job colouring my hair yesterday. He took the time to completely understand what I wanted and then perfectly nailed the brief in both colour, depth and dimension. This is the best colour service I've ever had, which is astonishing, considering the dull, lifeless, wrong colour he'd had to work with as a base. 10/10 will be gushing about the salon to everyone I know.
