“I had chin fillers with Nurse Dawn and she was completely professional from start to finish. She gave honest and thoughtful advice, even told me I didn’t need them, and there was absolutely no pressure to go ahead. I chose to proceed and she was supportive either way. The injections were only a little prickly with minimal pain (no tears at all!). It’s only been a few days so there’s still a bit of bruising, but I already love the natural-looking results. Teresa even went the extra mile and out a curl through my hair for me and a conditioner treatment for free as my hair was dry. “Went here for the first time yesterday and loved the whole experience! Really warm welcome when I arrived about 20 minutes early! Was given a cup of tea and a couple of sweets while I waited. Unfortunately I didn’t get the gentleman’s name who done my cut and blow dry. I do know he’s the creative director of the store though! I had an idea of what style I wanted for my hair and showed him the images I had. What I loved was he gave constructive criticism and creative suggestions based on my hair type! I absolutely love the look I’ve came out with. It’s very much tailor made to how my hair sits naturally as well as my hair type and facial features. Also got advice on the best type of styling product for my fine flat hair which was a clay product. Delighted with the whole experience! On the way out I was given a little loyalty card and a wee gift bag with some festive chocolates inside! Highly recommend this place if you haven’t been already!”
