Fabulous service - I needed a new hairdryer and decided to go for the one Jan used when I was last in the salon. I dropped in on Tuesday afternoon and Sarah and Jess located the hairdryer model I wanted and ordered it for me with the rep. It was ready for me to collect less than 24 hours later!
