Booked in for an overall colour and flashes. I left with overprocessed hair, a t-bar and some of my old colour still showing as she didnt saturate my hair enough. This is not on the main ladies as I know they are very good, but the hairdresser Leanne. It became apparent quickly that she didn't really know what she was doing/inexperienced. She had to ask for help and advice numerous times and most of her responses were "what's that" and "I don't know what that is" which didn't fill me with confidence. When she began drying my hair, it became apparent that there was a lot of breakage. Rather than acknowledge it, she instead complained to another hairdresser "she thinks its broken" and "I only used 6%". I asked her not to use hair straighteners due to the damage and when asked by another hairdresser if she was going to straighten it, she replied "she won't let me". She messed up but I was made to feel like I had. I regret paying her but just wanted to get out of that uncomfortable situation. I wouldn't dream of going back to have her fix it, for one, I doubt she'd be able but mostly because of how uncomfortable she made me feel. I've now booked another hair apt and having to have a ' colour correction' as I didn't get what I paid for. All of the colour is concentrated on the top of my head, like the old fashioned T-bar. So thanks very much Leanne. Another hairdresser intervened at the end to make leanne add a conditioning treatment to my hair and give some advice, so appreciated that!

So happy with my colour and cut, Yvonne listened to what I was looking for and delivered. She also cut my granddaughter's hair, was very patient with her, she is aged 6, she took her time and my granddaughter loved the cut and the experience of the salon experience

I've been going to hotheaded for years. All the girls are great Yvonne is my hairdresser but if she's not a available the other girls have made me gorgeous just as good.
