   I've been coming here for years and each time I get treated exactly the same - wonderfully! Fantastic customer service all round, always extremely friendly and welcoming.    Have been having my hair done at Back to Black for many a year. Lynn & Amanda are amazing, especially during the past 2 years. Clients have been kept super safe in the salon, but the quality of hairdressing has also been 100%, as always. Prices are competitive, attention to detail, plus the clients requests are always top priority. A little gem of a place, well worth a visit, dont think you will be disappointed.

   Visited late yesterday for a cut and colour. Covid safety precautions on entry - including a temperature check. Meaning you know you are safe in the salon. There are screens between each chair , again giving you peace of mind that when it is busy you are as safe as you can be. Masks also required for the duration of your visit. A beautiful salon, recently redesigned - a hidden gem in Livingston! I have visited the salon for a number of years but only started to have my hair coloured here recently. A bit of a daunting thought if I am honest. However, Lynn really takes the time to listen to what you want and advises of how this can be achieved with minimum damage to your hair. Lynn also talks you through the steps and plans for next appointments - keeping you updated all the way. For a lovely pampering hair experience I highly recommend Back II Black.
