   After being let down by a hairdresser who didn't keep her appointment i went the Bay Kutz hoping i could have my hair done for my friends wedding. They were very accommodating kind and friendly. Fitted me in immediately and curled and styled my hair (i have a lot of hair so it was no easy feat) amazing lady very talented. Could not have been happier. Thank you so very much xx

   Amazing work. I entered the salon in desperate need of a cut and dye as my previously purple hair had mostly washed out to reveal the bleached hair beneath, except for a band of blue and green below long roots. The hairdresser spent her entire shift from 11am to 7pm doing her best to transform my hair from pigeon feathers to a natural warm blond. She dedicated hours to lifting and neutralising the colour while ensuring my hair remained strong and healthy, avoiding damage despite the bleach (which required precision due to the different strands of random green, blue and purple). I can now feel confident, not only in myself, but that I will have beautiful, healthy hair for my sisters wedding. I’m short, the colour correction skills at this salon are phenomenal.

   I often travel and have tried A LOT of hairdressers. Seldom have I found a better service than here: -friendly attitude to put you at ease -great expertise/ understanding of what cut would work or not and how to do it -listening and caring about what you want I highly recommend!!

   Used this place a few times over the years for a men’s haircut and it was always very laid back and relaxed. The girls cutting my hair are always good company and quite funny too. They were never rushed and always gave a quality trim. Unfortunately the last time I went in for a cut, it was the opposite of what it used to be. Very rushed service. The hairdresser was occupied with doing other things as I was trying to explain what I’d like to be done - specifically for my hair not to be thinned out as I like it to stay thick. The cut was very rushed and she thinned all my hair out, giving me a very disappointing hackjob. She was working so quick that I didn’t even have time to tell her to stop thinning my hair out as it was already half done. Probably won’t be returning after that.
