Been going to Black Dog now for a year now and always book an appointment with Shiv. The guys are great, welcoming and always good chat. Won't be going anywhere else or to anyone else for my haircut.
All the guys in this place are absolutely amazing. Nothing better than have a good barber, walking distance from where you live.
Laurence and the gang at Black Dog are always superb, good chat between them all. They take the time to know their customers to give excellent cuts each time.
Im from a generation of paying a fiver for a haircut. When i saw the price it almost put me off. Im glad it didn't. Best haircut ive ever hard. Well worth the money. There was no rush, very relaxed and comfortable. All very friendly and welcoming. Don't normally do reviews but had to dor these guys. I will not b going anywhere else in the future. BTW they are doing there best with social distancing and are very clean, i felt entirely safe. Well done guys u have a very good business and I hope you do well. Keep up the good work.
These guys take pride in their work and take time to do a meticulous job. Have an in-depth understanding of hair and have excellent advice. The one who wears a hat (Ryan I think) used to work for one of Edinburgh's super-fancy establishments where you'd pay 4 times the amount you do here. Very laid back atmosphere Games console available if you're into that At the time of writing this, they don't take appointments and are VERY reasonable for the quality craftsmanship... They could easily up their prices!
