   I had my perm done by Jen after seeing her experience with perms on TikTok. And wow she didn’t disappoint!! She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and always kept checking in with me through the whole thing. She listened to exactly what I wanted and helped me achieve that look which turned out perfect! She also went above and beyond for me so Thankyou very much to Jen! One last thing is the reception staff are also very kind and sweet.

   Had a great experience at the Players Lounge. Booked in for a restyle as I was looking for a big change going from long to short hair. Team was super welcoming and friendly. Lindsay who looked after me was lovely. We had a chat about what changes I was looking for. I showed her a few pictures of what I had in mind, figured out some details and got started. The finished result was literally exactly what I was looking for and I couldn’t be happier. (The music in the salon is also great!)

   The are all experts at their craft, personable yet professional, and obviously they know what they’re on about. I’ve been a client with Jen for a few months now and they are incredibly attentive and phenomenal at what they do. They have not let me down once, and are willing to go the extra mile to help you feel and look your best. I spent about 6 months finding a place/someone to cut my hair before finally choosing here and Jen, and now I don’t believe I can go anywhere else. Any one here will do a phenomenal job, but as a client, i want to extend an extra thank you to Jen for being perfect at what they do! Give The Players Lounge a shot, I promise they will not let you down.

   Really impressed with The Players Lounge. Booking was straightforward and easy to rearrange when I needed to. Got a warm welcome when I arrived (and a very good coffee!). I saw Ase, who was friendly, easy to chat with, and took the time to have a relaxed, unhurried discussion about what I was looking for. She asked helpful questions, offered thoughtful suggestions, and together we narrowed it down into a clear plan. The result was exactly what I was hoping for, and I left very happy with the cut. Great experience all round — I’ll definitely be back.

   What a great salon 5* service. If you are looking for a mens salon that offers a little more than just a cut, you should definitely try this salon. They are friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. At last a salon that offers higher end products and service for us men. I highly recommend The Players Lounge :). You won't be disappointed.

   Excellent haircut and advice from my stylist, Lynne. Although a stylist may be more expensive on the face of it, a normal gents haircut would be 10 minutes for £15, that equates to £90 for an hour. Based on that, prices at The Players Lounge are very reasonable.
