Came here to get my hair up for prom. Italia was so considerate and made sure I was comfortable during my time there. Plus the hair was beautiful!!
Completely ruined my hair. Went twice and second time my hair colour was no where near what I requested, they “fixed” it free of charge but the texture and health of my hair is completely ruined. Didn’t enjoy the atmosphere. Not worth the silly prices.
*This is an updated review* I had a booked appointment with Project Hair based on all the great reviews and recommendations from friends. My first appointment did not meet my expectations and left me very disappointed and sad. However, customer service have been exceptional and I was invited for an Re-do appointment with one of their most experienced and talented hairstylists and Creative Director, - Maxine. 4 hours later my hair colour and cut was rectified and I left the salon delighted and with intention to return for further hair appointments.
Thanks to Rebecca for giving me the perfect cut! It's exactly what I asked for and I can't help but be impressed that she did it only looking at the picture I'd brought once or twice. If you're thinking about coming here, the fact it has 32 reviews and all are 5-stars should say enough. Nobody tried to hard-sell me on products either, which I've experienced at other salons. Beautiful decor & relaxed atmosphere. :-)
Amazing salon, I'm always a bit scared of finding new hair salons because I have curly hair. I was so happy to discover that the staff at the Project really knows how to handle curles ! Both times I went I really felt like the hairdressers knew how to beautify my natural curls and work with them instead of "tame them". I 100% recommend this salon if you have curly hair ! +they only use Davines products and they smell sooo good and make your hair so soft and shiny !
Unfortunately lynsey was off sick last minute but the girls fitted me in to their last day before Christmas which was amazing! Maxine was so lovely, coloured my hair perfectly to how it usually is! Holly is front of house but blow dried my hair so well as if it part of her job! Thank you girls! Xx
The salon looked so nice, clean and relaxing. Becca was amazing, she transformed my hair, hated it before and just by cutting it so nicely and blow drying it perfectly it completely changed my look. All the other girls look amazing too, if you’re like me and have so much trouble finding a good hair dresser I would definitely recommend to go there, game changer!!
Best hair salon I ever visit, Lauren did my hair and I loved it. She was polite and sweet. Did my hair exactly the way I wanted. I will definitely go back to her again. ♥️
I haven’t had a haircut in a good while and Lauren at the salon did such a beautiful job with my hair; she listened to what i wanted out of my hair and it came out exactly (if not better) than i imagined. Lauren and the rest of the staff are lovely and welcoming, giving you tips and recommendations to look after your hair too. All in all a wonderful haircut and I will be coming back :)))
