   I wish I got the name of the woman who did my nails. She was lovely and brilliant, the best experience I’ve had getting my nails done. It didn’t feel rushed at all. I got a french manicure and she took so much time making sure they were perfect. I’ve never seen someone take so much care, and she obviously takes a lot of pride in her work. I’ll definitely be back!

   I had shellac manicure and my nails started to chip after 2 days, which is very disappointing. Also, customer service is pretty bad - they did not make me feel welcome at all. I would not recommend this place at all - a waste of money and time.

   Amazing!! Was my first time getting my nails done and Abby exceeded my expectations. Couldn’t be happier and the vibe in the salon is so relaxed. If I wasn’t sitting up I might have fallen asleep. Great staff and great talent. Will 100% be back

   First visit and Maddie made an excellent job of my nail. Very professional and friendly. 5 star services . Can’t say the same for her colleague, very rude to her client. Refused to do her nails because she was 8 minutes late although she was still with a client when she arrived. She was booked in for the wrong treatment and spoke to the client like it was her fault. She then sat for the hour and a half I was there doing nothing. Making comments like ‘I’m so over this’ . Very unprofessional Christina. Although the lovely Maddie did my nails ,thank god your colleague was like a black cloud in the room. Thank you Maddie you deserve 5 stars but your colleague ruined my experience

   I had an appointment for gel polish on Friday the 18th of December and by the Monday, unfortunately four of my nails had chipped on one hand, and three of the nails on the other. This is completely unacceptable in my opinion. I have attached a photo to show the damage. I have not been doing anything with my hands to cause this chipping, so I am not sure whether the polish was applied poorly, or is poor quality itself to not even last three days. I tried to contact the salon directly by email to request a refund but the email address is not working, and my messages bounce back. I do not recommend The Gelly Bar to anyone, don't waste your money.
