I’ve been really impressed with this garage. The team are friendly, knowledgeable, and always take the time to explain what’s needed. It’s easy to book an appointment, and their customer service is excellent from start to finish. It’s great to have a mechanic I can genuinely trust.
Booked online for an MOT, to my 19 years old Clio. Despite it's failed on my " stupid things ", using LED bulbs and such, apart from that next day was re-tested without appointment, and within 40mins i was able to leave the Autocentre with Passed MOT. Friendly guys, well explained everything. Would recommend! Keep up the great works guys.
I had a great experience with the recent MOT for my car. Booking in was smooth and straightforward, which I really appreciated. The entire process took a reasonable amount of time, and I was very pleased with how efficient it was. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and will definitely return in the future.
Had my car in a few months ago to get the air con sorted and new brakes and pads. The air con worked fine to start with but has now stopped working. Surely it should last longer than 3 months? Regarding the brakes, they managed the front 2 but couldn't do the rear pads and discs. I was called by the guy on reception, who must have been on work experience or something, to say it looks like someone has tampered with my brakes! I asked him for more info as obviously this was quite concerning. He put me on hold and went to speak to the mechanic, who clarified that no - they hadn't been tampered with, but needed to go to the manufacturer to get the discs replaced as they were the only ones who could do them. Turns out this was nonsense.. i didn't need to go to the manufacturer at all, just a garage that had the equipment to release the electric hand brake. I will not be back and would not recommend. I suggest trying somewhere else if you need work done on your car. Obviously haven't got a clue what they are doing. Not the cheapest either.
Stay away from these rip of merchants , will try to charge you for work your car doesn’t require , £43 to fit a £5 lightbulb which took no longer than 2 minuets to fit ! Was told £354 for a brake calliper that had nothing wrong with it , scam !

After a Google search for garages in the area, I contacted the Halfords Autocentre in Airdrie as the engine management warning light had lit up on my VW T6. I was on my second day into a two week holiday travelling the NC500 and was planning on travelling to Inverness the same day, but wanted to get this sorted before going any further. Staff on the end of the phone were very helpful and said to just drive in without needing to book the vehicle in and they’d have a look and do a diagnostic check. I arrived and again, staff were very knowledgeable, efficient and helpful, doing a full check and very quickly got me back on the road again with the problem sorted. Fantastic service - I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you everyone!
Can't speak more highly of Vic, Davie and the team. I have dealt with them on a few occasions and after my experience with them today I honestly do not know why I have not reviewed sooner! They are so friendly and despite being busy always make you a priority and acknowledge you. Top class customer service, which makes all the difference after stressing about a warning light!
