   Customer service? seems they don't stock it . some sort of grumbled acknowledgement , with at least three people behind the counter you would assume at least one would be able serve, if you are wondering why you are losing market share to amazon and ebay , wonder no more

   Have been buying parts from this company for years, call centre staff are a joke. asked for a simple enough quote got told too many options can’t find them. Is it a software issue? or just laziness from your staff. They have access to dealer systems to identify the correct parts with vehicle VIN / VRM so it’s just laziness. staff need a kick in the right direction to do there job properly. Also rude & abrupt over the phone also website needs vast updates this is 2022!!

   Every time, since I have discovered Andrew Watt Car Parts shop I have been greeted warmly, helped to locate items specific to my vehicle and been dealt with as a human being. Excellent service, prices are good and the shop is tidy. They have also be super willing to locate an item and order it in next day if need be.
