My car was in for an mot. The staff were great, answering any questions I had politely and efficiently. Great service from Scott, will be back and cannot recommend the wishaw depot highly enough. Thanks.

Service was very good and fast. The staff were nice and friendly. It was late in the day and Chloe went out her way to push for the authorisation I needed from Arval to replace my tyre. Ian has been there for many years and is always really helpful. He was really good at dealing with other customers while I was there.

Canβt find a better place to look after my cars . Ian and Scott at Wishaw branch were fantastic. The repair was made quickly when I informed Ian I was driving a long distance so he squeezed me in so my car would be fit to drive . Very much appreciated. Iβve taken all my cars , my wifeβs car and my in laws cars there. Exceptional service!

Overall good score, staff could be more welcoming with higher approach to customer experience. Customer waiting area seen better days, also "toilet out of order" Service wise comparing to other ATS's was very quick (changing two tires not more than half an hour)

Donβt attend unless you want your alloys damaged, the garage to admit it on the day and then the area manage to fob you off after raising a formal complaint and say it wasnβt them and not take accountability. The alloys were perfect before attendance and I know this as we checked them over before handing the keys into ATS, and it has never been curbed, not to mention the area it is chipped couldnβt even be reached by a curb. Also the front driver side alloy, tell me how I could possibly be responsible for this damage? So unfortunately, the whole experience was more than horrific. To start I was contacted less than 24 hours before my booking which was 8:30am on a Saturday morning to be advised my selected tires were out of stock, similar tires were Β£70/80 more expensive and ATS told me they absolutely would not help with the cost. After raising a complaint having such a stressful day with this news combined with a family members funeral, I advised the urgency of the complaint as I needed new tires, had already paid over Β£500 and booked over a week in advance and simply did not have Β£100 spare within such a short notice. You kindly got back to me and advised you would price match the other tires so that I could have them fitted on the Saturday at no extra cost from what I had already paid. I attended, had the tires fitted and from there it goes down hill *again*. Upon returning to collect my vehicle I walked into an unmanned reception area, all the workers were busy in the garage fitting tires and my car keys were lying in the middle of the reception desk, what an absolute joke. The garage is on a main road, alongside there was another person just outside the door on the phone. 2 seconds, and my car could have been stolen so easily, why are standards and security not upheld? Keys should at least be out of sight!!!!!! Then, upon inspecting my car, my offside front alloy has been chipped in two separate places? Alloys which I have proudly ensured have not been curbed etc. I asked the worker to come out and see before I left, the worker Ian inspected and agreed this was caused by ATS and that I should raise a formal complaint for it to be sorted. Caused by cost cutting, alongside rushing? As my other three alloys went unharmed. I have raised a formal complaint regarding the above and I expect answers to the reply I have received, the complaint was raised on the day of visit 31/12/2022 and as of 10/01/2023 your area manager has denied that ATS caused this damaged and fobbed me off. Shockingly poor customer service, poor service as a whole and happy to damage paying customersβ goods and then sling them a dingy. Not impressed.
