   I’ve used B&B Autocare a few times before and they’ve always been excellent - but they truly exceeded expectations today! The noise from the exhaust suddenly got really bad earlier in the day, so I took the car straight to them. Stuart and the team checked the car straight away and advised that the exhaust centre and rear sections needed to be replaced. I wasn’t sure when they’d have time to fit me in, but they said if I left the car with them, they’d try to get it done today - if not, then tomorrow. To my surprise, Stuart called at 4:45 the same day to say the car was ready! I can’t express enough how brilliant the service was, especially when I really needed my car this week. Believe me, I’ve tried many garages - this is by far the best one! Thank you, B&B Autocare!

   The most trustworthy and friendly garage I've found. I've used B&B several times and it's always the first place I call if I have a problem with my car. It is popular and busy because they're so good but the owner always tries to squeeze you in if he can. If you're female and you're intimidated by garages then this is the one for you as I always feel comfortable and that they are honest with their diagnosis and pricing. For example, this morning, I dropped my car off and mentioned what I thought was wrong. After checking, they informed me that it wasn't what I thought and it was something that could be fixed in a few minutes. I was delighted that I never had to spend a fortune and I appreciated their honesty and goodwill when it came to charging me. Definitely one of the best garages in the Lanarkshire area.

   Very very helpful. My oil light came on recently and I noticed a drip coming from my car. I phoned and advised I was concerned I might have an oil leak. although they had no appointments, they advised me to drop of my car on the Friday morning and they would try their best to look at it for me that day. Within a couple of hours of dropping my car off in the morning they phoned me before lunchtime to advise me that my car was fine and did not require any work and explained to me what the drip was and the oil with my type of car. I could tell that they had a really busy day when I attended to drop my car off and collect it. I was so grateful with the customer service. This is my second time using this garage after my colleagues at work recommended them to me . I used them for my last MOT. the customer service is excellent and they really go out of their way to help you as best they can. I will be a returning customer. Thanks so much again! :)

   If you're looking for a fairly priced, honest and reliable garage to take your car for servicing or repair...look no further than B&B Autos. I honestly cannot speak highly enough about this establishment. A very slick and professional operation, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. But that's not the only thing that makes this place stand head and shoulders above the rest...it's their customer service...which is second to none and far superior to anything I've ever experienced. Shop local and support a local business...especially when they're as good as this one!

   Fantastic garage, top class service. I took my car along without an appointment today as the engine cover had come off. The staff were amazing....friendly, helpful and professional.
