Bought a new 140 Ah AGM battery from them on eBay, died completely (10.2V) first overnight off-grid. They deliberately stalled me until the 30 day eBay return window had closed, knowing that I'd gone off on a road trip abroad so I couldn't use the return postage sticker, with the same copy and paste message regardless of my messages to them. I nagged eBay until they forced them to refund. They only did this when I sent the link to this googlemaps site and pointed out the reviews! Otherwise, their eBay site makes them look great, with 333k sales and an impossibly high rating. Ebay vowed to investigate them so if you're reading this and have had the same experience like all the other genuine reviews here, then don't give up, nag eBay. And tell these shameless charlatans that in the UK you have 12 months guarantee on any product whether you've used it or not, quote the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024. The eBay return window is irrelevant. Good luck and no surrender!

My installer and I have tried contacting this company multiple times between us and been ignored needing a warranty replacement for a battery that died after 6-7 months of minimal use. If you're reading this Superbatt and would like to put it right I submitted a website enquiry and also left a voicemail in the last couple of weeks. Otherwise respond here and ask me to contact you.

Absolute crooks Sold me a faulty battery, went dead No emails or respond to queries, they should be banned from trading and conning innocent customers. Had battery checked independently too, just not bothered. Even a 1 star is too much, thieves

Ordered via Amazon, said would be delivered within 2-4 days, they finally responded after 2 weeks saying they attempted delivery and no one was in; no card left. Then spoke to another person so said “no, it was refused and refund has been processed” No attempt of any delivery was made, there’s always some at home during the day, still awaiting refund!! AVOID!

My mother in law purchased 2 batteries that were wrong and he promised a full refund after he got the goods back that was over 2 weeks ago and no refund given.... robbing the elderly is just wrong.......AVOID!!!!! Not even worth the 1* I had to give to post review
