   I couldn't give it zero stars as it wouldn't let me post. I will never use this company again, EVER! Prebooked and spent nearly £300 on an MOT and service. Booked in for 8.30am, answered all the reminders confirming I will be there on time. Dropped off the car on time and by 4pm the car still not serviced. Now my understanding and confirmed by their customer service suggests that if I have a booking, then the car should be one of the first to be taken on their list. Anyway car failed MOT on the exhaust and was told it couldn't be fixed until new year. An exhaust specialist couldn't fix it until new year??? I was left to scramble about at 4pm to get another garage to fix it. Anyway got the garage that services our company fleet and they fitted a new exhaust on the same day! Very poor customer service from National Tyres and no interest in helping resolve the replacement exhaust that they could have done on the day to pass the car. Car sitting there not touched for nearly eight hours! More interested in up selling additives and charging another £100 to change the spark plugs than honouring a prebooked service. You always learn by your mistakes and I have definitely learned by this mistake.

   I am a returning customer. I purchased 2 tyres online. Staff were very helpful and refitted an existing tyre to ensure those purchased could be fitted to front of car. The work was carried out quickly. I am happy with service received.

   I booked in as last minute MOT due to lack of planning. Online booking system was super easy and efficient. I called day before to ask a few questions and front desk staff were amazing very helpful and friendly. Dropped my car off 8:25 … call by 9:15 to say it was needing some tyres (I knew that on booking) they were happy to explain payment plans and options. Payment assist was easy and quick to be approved and all work done by 10.02am . Never had such a quick MOT ! Cannot recommend enough this is my second year with a different car this time ! Staff were super helpful and attentive. Great value as well ! Thanks so much to all of the team as I know they don’t get enough praise !

   Had a puncture in a tyre and needed it fixed urgently due to a parent’s hospital appointment that same day. I arrived just before 8am and the guy at the desk was so friendly , calm and helpful. They tried to repair it but I needed a new tyre - he was very apologetic at the extra cost even though no fault of his. Tyre was replaced and on my way in less than an hour. I really appreciate the quick turn over and the kind and calm nature of the staff. Thoroughly recommend and will continue to return for my MOTs / services. Thank you.

   I gave my car for Major Service till that date I don't have any problem with my air-conditioning and engine. since that day Iam hearing huge noise if engine is on and Now my Air conditioning fan stopped working very unprofessional works..    Poor customer services. They don't care about your car they only care about money. Using poor quality parts and poor fitting. Don't waste money on them. They will ruin your car.

   Background- Given my Car for annual service and MOT. It passed the MOT after spending £1.7k, changed so many thing including all 4 tyres. The next day the car started giving issues. Booked another appointment. I had a very negative experience at this car MOT and service center. The customer service staff was arrogant and unresponsive to my concerns. They refused to even check my car and instead tried to push me to other garages without any explanation. Their attitude and lack of willingness to help was extremely disappointing. I do not recommend this service center to anyone due to the poor customer service and lack of proper care for the vehicles. My review point is -7 out of -10

   Put my car in for a brake check in late summer to be told I needed all new brake pads and disks as the fronts were "well below the legal wear" and the backs not far off the same. Haven't touched them since then and car passed its MOT this afternoon with no advisories.

   Avoid doing an MOT here, use them for changing tyres and windshield wipers, that would be about it, if you don't want to get a list of advisories not even worth writing. They quoted £550 to replace only two front rotors and pads on a 520D, with no-name brands worth about £200 at the time as I checked the names of the parts from brand I been quoted on by them, had the job done elsewhere with £250 OE parts no brainer....The front wheel alignment done by them left me with a crooked steering wheel feeling so off centre. Also, front desk has no idea how to book appointments or what it means to arrive at the agreed time, bookings running one over another, booking MOT's on Sunday's just to get a call on a Friday afternoon that it was a ''glitch'', -5 customer service..will avoid.
