   Dive nails best nail salon in west Lothian by far! always a super friendly environment, girls are lovely and do an amazing job. So much choice of colours and designs, not just nails, they do lashes and facials too. I've had my brows, lashes and nails done there and always been so good! The best part is you always get a good chat with them and prices are very reasonable for the great service and quality products that they use. Diva is highly recommended!

   Great salon and very pleasant staff. I recently had my nails done for going on holiday and could not be more pleased with the service offered. Lots of lovely colours to chose from and an explanation given as to what ‘biab’ is and the difference between that and Gel. Definitely be back, highly recommend.

   Have been going to Diva a long time. Last occasion I had gel nails done. I ripped them all off after a few days as there was so much gel underneath that it had caused hard, unsightly horrible build up. I made another app online as usual and paid deposit. I called today to change the app as something had come up unexpectedly to be told I would loose my deposit as less than 24 hours notice. I appreciate this is a business, but this was 22 hours notice for what I thought was a valued customer. I won't be back !

   Unfortunately, I didn't have a great experience at Diva on Thursday (9th Feb). I was 10mins early for my appt. A young lady met me at the Reception desk, told me to wait but didn't inform any of the beauticians that I was waiting, then disappeared in to a side room. At 3.40pm one of the beauticians realised that I was there & asked me if she could help me. I explained the above, but she couldn't find my appt on her system, although I had physically come in the salon the week before to make the appt. The beautician apologised & completed my treatment. I have been to Diva a few times over the years, & have not been treated in this manner, hopefully it is an isolated incident. Sorry Diva, but you can do so must better than this.

   went to diva nails for nails and lashes, the girls were so welcoming and offered tea and coffee on arrival whilst I waited on my treatment, they were very friendly and professional and chatted away putting me at ease. The service was at amazing standard the nails an lashes were lovely. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for any beauty services.
