Friendly and helpful staff. My only pet peeve is that online booking does not really work and there's a complete disconnect between the website/head office and individual garages.
I've been using D&G for 3 years now and have only positive things to say. The guys are knowledgeable, decent and genuine. Being a girly pop and going to the garage is the fear but the feeling of not being ripped off? Stunning (chefs kiss). They're great for your yearly MOT, but my old car was a rust heap and they've helped with loads and loads of repairs over the years and were kind enough to gently let me know when it might be time for her to go to the car park in the sky. From wee niggles to refitting my rear axel - I actually can't fault them. They even helped get into my car when I lost the key last week. Jamie, Scott and the guys are good. Would recommend for sure. It's mega busy and you will wait, but that's surely a good thing.
Car went in for an MOT and needed a fair amount of work done. The guys were fantastic. I was dealing with Scott who was really helpful in explaining what the problems were and what they did to fix it. Work was done really quickly. Fantastic service, would use again and recommend
Taken various cars here over the years for MOTs and services. Always had great service, reasonably priced quotes and trust them completely with my motor.
Phoned frantically with a nail puncturing my brand new tyre as I need to get to work, and the guys fitted me in there and then. They made me feel comfortable and nothing was a hassle to them. They kept me updated with what was being done to my car and managed to repair my tyre within the hour. Would 100% recommend these guys, what a service! Thanks again!!
Massive thank you to Shaun and the rest of the team at D&G Autocare. My partner Lauren brought our car in this morning with worries about the clutch, a squeaky steering wheel and a blocked washer jet. Shaun did a test drive, tested each of the problems and validated that the clutch was fine. He sorted the steering wheel and the washer jet very quickly. Due to the light touch nature of the labour required, this was provided at no charge - such an incredible act of kindness at a time when things are tight for everyone. We’d previously brought the car in for MOT and service and were equally impressed then. Very decent, very honest, very knowledgeable. So glad we went with D&G.
Shaun and his team were great! I was new to the garage and they were so helpful. Kept me in the loop when we were waiting for parts - I never had to chase them for info. The guys were really friendly and felt very trustworthy. Will definitely come back if I need any more work done on my van. Thanks very much Shaun!
Very honest guys. Went for a valve and sensor change and said I thought a wheel bearing also needed changed. Called to let me know the bearing was fine and didn't need changed, price for the work done was very fair. Highly recommend
I went to D and G for engine diagnostic. The guys overdelivered, got the job done quickly and didn't charge me for the inspection. Their staff members were also very communicative which is always a good impression. Will definitely use their services again.
