Major work completed on car and this was done well and can't fault the level of ability of the mechanics. However, minor annoyances added to the job that weren't addressed and were not an issue prior to work: missing valve caps on tyres, faulty antenna and awful cheese smell left in the interior.

What should have been a straightforward service and MOT on a less than 3 years old car still under warranty turned out to have my car stuck at the garage for 5 days and the garage asking me to pay extra for an electrician at £96 per hour to finish the service. Obviously a stressful experience not knowing when I will get my car back and how much extra this service and MOT was going to cost me. Will definitely go to an approved dealership next time for my car services.

Took the car there for the MOT. It failed so they did some repairs (screen wipers, suspension...). After passing the MOT, I collected the car but the wipers were disconnected. I took the car back there the very next morning. They refuse to have a look at it saying that they were not responsible. I had to take the car to a different garage to reconnect the wipers.

Booked an MOT online on the 28th of February, as the MOT was due on the 1st of March. Everything went fine until the car failed and needed a tire and a rear stop bulb. They didn’t have the tire in stock that day so decided take it to another garage to change the tire. Was told they won’t be able to re-test on that very day which is understandable so was told to call after the tire got changed and they’ll let me know when to come back to get the car retested. Called them the next day on the 1st of march, was told they were fully booked so they couldn’t do it. Called again on the 2nd of March hoping there would be spaces, got told they were short staffed and few people were off sick. Took my details and was told they’d call back but didn’t hear back from them. Called again on the 3rd was told they were really busy and only had one tester and wont be able to do anything. Told them my MOT had already expired and I couldn’t use the car to get to work so it was an inconvenience. Was told to bring the car in on Monday which was today the 6th of March. Took the car in this morning only to get told they didn’t have anything written in the book. When they literally told me to bring the car in with the print out that they gave me! Complete waste of time just to do an MOT! If you have a week of free time take your car there! Absolutely no communication or any attempt to solve the issue.

Bought a car from Facebook marketplace and decided I should get it serviced. So I booked my car in for a major service today with collection and delivery included. I was informed a few hours later that my car is an absolute deathtrap with 29 faults and that it's basically for the scrap. So glad these guys done their work so thoroughly as I was running my daughter to nursery with my 7 month in the car. Glad I never took it on the motorway. Anyway, these guys actually loaded my car onto a truck and brought it back to me which I thought was so kind as it saved me the hassle of going into Paisley to collect and driving a dangerous car back to Johnstone. I thank them so much for being brutally honest. I'd 100% use them again.

Took my car here last week because of all the great reviews online. The service was great and especially the car collection is really handy. However my car failed it's MOT because of a slightly frayed seatbelt (even though several other garages passed it). They told me that it would be £510 to fix ( for a seatbelt!). I took this car to another garage and they fitted a new seatbelt for £60. Disappointing here that they were just trying to chance their arm. I also did some research and you can pick up a genuine Audi seatbelt for around £140 - can't see any reason why they would charge triple this price for fitting
