   I’ve had my nails in this place consistently for two years now however recently the past couple of times they’ve not been doing my nails the length I want they overfilled and made them very short. They ask what length you want and then they fail them right down. I will not be back. Avoid this place paid £47 for acrylics that are just not the length I asked.

   very rude, laughed when i asked for my design, cut me multiple times! nail glue wqy too strong! my nails havent came off for months! over priced, and they kicked me off my seat for an old lady to sit and wait to have her nails done, i had to sit on my knees which made me knees dirty! Also got everything wrong! i asked for red bows and i got white, i asked for the bows to be in the middle finger, ended up on my thumbs! gave me small when i asked for medium!

   Fine if you want a "quick fix" but I had a Spa pedicure and no joke, they went to use a cheese grater on my foot! I have the exact one at home!! I said no, just to use the buffer! I've had pedicures for the same price elsewhere with better experiences.

   Absolutely wrecked my nails and nail varnish all broke off also my nails are so soft! This is after asking them to make my own nails stronger: when I complained and showed them the mess of my nails they were very cheeky and didn’t even reimburse me a full refund! Then I realised they have been robbing me blind since I first when they have been charging me more than what I should have been paying. I only noticed this on the day I went to complain I was too trusting I will never go back again! They are a joke I don’t know how to get pics up of these monsters.

   I do not recommend, I’m a teen girl who likes getting her nails done I have been to the shops 3 times the first time during the summer holidays and got short acrylic nails with a French tip they where £42 my cousin got the same design but only paid £35?.. I went a week ago to get some Christmas nails I showed a design and told them what I would like I got the wrong shape and wrong design they lasted 4 days before my pinky one snapped off and my thumb was chipped I went yesterday to get them fixed and I got the wrong colour last night my middle finger one snapped off after I got them fixed they where also ruff and very rude my Christmas nails that they gave me where a French tip on a square nail costing =£45 my holiday nails with almond shape and a big design costing =£42 they are dirty shop is well I do not recommend and I’m. Or going back there, I would not wast your time there.

   This place stopped taking appointments a few months ago and they’ve completely gone downhill since. I’ve been going there since they opened in the gyle a few years ago and I won’t be back. A rushed job and my nails bubbled within about 30 minutes of leaving. That’s never happened before. Yes I could have gone back and asked them to fix it, but I’d already waited 50 minutes to be taken and there was about 7 people waiting and I’d be at the back of the queue again. It’s a real shame as the staff are lovely and I’ve always been really happy with my nails. Taking walk-ins doesn’t work when treatments can take 45-60 minutes a time. Maybe walk-ins guarantee them the business, but you can’t also deliver a good service and they will loose a lot of regulars because of this.

   Have gotten my nails done here serval times now and loved them every time! The staff are lovely and talkative and very talented! Slightly pricey but worth it in my opinion. Would recommend

   Acrylics- usually have always had a pleasant visit every time I go and nails have been great in the salon ! sadly it was not the case tonight. The guy who did my nails was rude and and nails are uneven and not same lengths. He then charged me £40 for very basic nails. I will not be returning it’s a shame because it is local to me
