Absolutely brilliant place. We had no idea about it until I found it through a Facebook page called I Love North Wales. The park includes the ruins of an Abbey, a museum documenting the industrial history of the area, cottages furnished as they would have been during that history. Farm animals. A really nice cafe and a play area. On top of that a lovely walk up the valley past the old mills up to St Winefreds Church and Well. We loved it.

Very nice historic area. The abbey ruins are impressive and you can walk into them and around them and it’s dog friendly. There’s a shop with more information but was closed when we went, possibly over the winter. There’s a walk down pilgrims way from there that is really nice. Dogs need to be on a lead. There’s some old mills along the way which are a great site. There’s a free car park nearby as well.

Nice afternoon out. Lovely visit for family with children. Interesting heritage museum with various small buildings to explore and learn about local history & the agricultural and industrial past. The children enjoyed the park. Visted the cafe for nice cake & coffee. Was lucky the small railway & steam museum was also open when we visited. Friendly staff and volunteers. We stayed for around 2.5 hrs.

Have been twice over the last two weeks, have bought a season ticket. My grandchildren aged 8 and 4 both found plenty to keep them entertained. The cafe is good and offers children's snacks and meals, which are reasonably priced.

Went to greenfield valley park on such a lovely day the weather was perfect for a nice walk , there is so much to do and see , there’s a place to run around and a picnic there’s lots of places to walk around there a lovely cafe and as you walk a bit there’s a little hunt that does drinks and snacks , theres a part you can pay to go in where there is an old school and information on what use to be there . There’s a lovely play area for the kids with plenty of seating areas and there is also 2 parking areas , we go there a lot there’s so much to do and there’s loads of events on throughout the year .

Wonderful place for children, lots to see and do, quite educational. Unfortunately on our visit no displays were on so we just looked around the buildings. On the outside there is a lovely old Abbey that is free to view.

Loved this place! From the ancient ruins to the lovingly restored houses and farm buildings. Would recommend. Dog friendly, even near the farm animals! Lots for children to do too. Worth a visit! Lovely walks there too that are free to use. Just the village museum that has an entrance fee!
