   Horrible customer service and a lack of providing a solid invoice with repairs done, items cost and labour costs. Instead gave me a handwritten invoice with no explanation of all the costs. When the owner was confronted, he lost it, shouted and kicked me out because he has probably overcharged. Avoid it. REPLY TO THE OWNER: I never raised my voice or acted abusively – in fact, I remained calm and polite throughout our interaction. It was the owner who became aggressive and shouted, which made the situation far more chaotic than necessary. I simply asked for a proper, itemised invoice and was met with hostility instead. I still request a clear breakdown of the costs so we can resolve this matter. I also had to ask a member of staff to accompany me because I felt unsafe as a woman. I believe the response I received twists the facts of what actually occurred.

   Garage has just called me up giving me a mouthful of abuse. As he wasn't happy I left a negative review about the buisness. Due to them not completing an interim service on my car on the date it was booked in. I'd steer clear of this buisness! In reply to the owners reply. When we booked, it just said morning in booking so we turned up at 9.15am wouldn't have made a difference. I didn't want my car done first and didn't just appear, and you weren't still working through the workload , you were finishing for the day. Just a call to tell me it wasn't done so I could pick up would have been decent as you knew I needed it the next day. That didn't happen either. I had to call and check before garage closed. I stood and waited whilst you dealt with someone else. You handed me my keys whilst talking. I stated you could have called to let me know. Also book my garage are in agreement with me. Your garage, your bookings , you that deals with it. All could have been avoided if managed correctly which it wasn't. Have a nice day and hopefully learn from your issues.

   Booked my car for a MOT and service and got me in sharpish... held my car for me until the next morning since i work nightshift and asked if they could and they did so without any problems at all. Car came back to me with the driver seat wrapped in a protective covering... great service all around and it was all provided for a great price. 5/5 will be coming back from now on.

   Got my alloy's refurbished here and 2 new tyres the guys done a Great job at a great price..they were even going to fit my abs sensor for free but silly me bought the wrong one but they took out the old broken one for me .. would definitely recommend Cheers j.

   Fantastic service from pit stop johnstone. We had a service & Mot completed at Arnold Clark Linwood who failed the car and told us it would be an extortionate amount to fix and pass. We contacted pit stop who were brilliant and managed to squeeze us in for the repairs & to retest the mot despite being fully booked. Then to top it off they were over £150 cheaper than quoted from Arnold Clark. I wouldn't hesitate to take my car back in future.

   Don't waste time. Called to see if they sort tyre bring it up we do it. Went straight there and was told 3 hr wait for a new tyre. They that busy that when I arrived at 8.45am there was 3 thwm in office discussing what they done over weekend

   All facts: Car was in 3 garages over 5 days and pitstop was most expensive (more expensive than Halfords too). Diagnosed the same fault on the RHS as the LHS - charged £225 per repair. Two previous garages did not pick this up!! I took the other spare from Pitstop to the two previous garages to determine why they hadn't picked it up. Both garages told me there was no fault, one offered to refit the old spare to demonstrate. Contacted Pit stop - managers fault on the spare was opposite end of the fault told to me by the mechanic. Next fact- I now have a fully serviceable spare for next time I need a new suspension arm.
