only one assistant who was repairing a bike, no one on the tills i had to wait about 15min to pick up my mirror which i had ordered on Monday. There was about 6 people behind me waiting to pay for there goods. Get more assistants in this store or you will be losing business.
Easy to park and free. Very helpful male at checkout. Joined their club for free and got £5 off my purchase. All good.
Windscreen wipers replaced. The staff carefully checked they were the right ones & size. Joined Halfords Club; got my window cleaner liquid refilled & tyres checked. Apart from paying for the wipers & getting them fitted. The rest was free & I got £5 off as a member of the club. The staff were pleasant and polite. This was at the Paisley store.
I bought a filter online for my car and had to pick it up from the store in Paisley on Hamilton Street When I went the salesperson handed me the box with the filter which was open. I tried to check the contents of the box and was surprised to find that the filter had been used before and put back in the box. I said I would not take it and wanted my money back. The salesperson Nicole was very aggressive and would not give me my money back. I had to stand in the store for about 10 minutes until they gave me my money back. I asked to speak to the manager but was told he was out and would be back in 2 days. Super disappointed with the staff. I can't believe they tried to sell me a used filter.. It's been 9 business days and I still haven't received my money back. It was confirmed to me by the person in the photo that I would get my money back. Apparently he lied to me. Incredibly impudent behavior of this guy. I'll look for my rights!
I had booked a light to get fitted in my front passenger headlight. I arrived 10 minutes late to the appointment as I was stuck in roadworks and I apologised for this. The staff then made me wait outside for 25 minutes which I believe was because I was late, they still hadn’t come out to fit the light after 25 minutes. When I went inside to enquire what was happening they sent someone out straight away. When I went inside the store there were two guys standing at a desk laughing and another two guys not doing anything. Do not recommend.
Popped into Halford's to have a rear sidelight bulb replaced. Waited a couple of minutes and 5 minutes later the job was done...no fuss, no mess. Great service and so much better than taking your car to a garage where invariably you have to book it in, leave it and wait for a call to go back. Brilliant service at a most reasonable price. Thanks Halfords.
The mechanics were really helpful and got my car sorted at very short notice during the Christmas break. My car was fixed within the hour which was perfect. Very reasonable price too.
Just had my MOT done here and the service provided was absolutely perfect. Had an issue that they didn't have to resolve but did on the spot before I took the car away. Absolutely chuffed and would thoroughly recommend. Thanks Euan.
Didn’t catch her name, but a blonde woman with I believe an Irish accent was absolutely brilliant today. I explained how I’ve never really attempted a bulb change myself and she was perfectly happy to offer a few pointers. Perfectly chatty too. Thanks again!
