   Fantastic service and great competitive pricing. Always honest. For me trust and honesty is a massive priority. Arifs auto is always excellent. Highly recommend this garage. If they can't do something they will honestly tell you and recommend other specialist. I have been taking both our cars audi q5 and merc here for the last 4 years never had any issue and the service has been top class. All our families MOTs and car services now get done here.

   Words cannot express my utter disgust and terrible experience with these fellas. I came in to fix hand brake (electric). 48 hours later, problem occurred again. Upon coming back, I was told we can fix the same problem again but I will be billed for hours spent, To my disappointment I said why must I pay to fix same problem AGAIN!, he had the audacity to tell me, I am taking one of my guys to focus on your vehicle, so it would be charged by the hour, but we would fix it for free. Being extremely confused, I asked ‘you’ll fix the problem again for free but charge me for the hours spent on it?, he said yes in the most confident way. I made it very clear, that I wasn’t going to pay to fix same problem again and threatened to write to the city council/ governing body. Upon realising this, he said I’ll do it for free. The problem was fixed second time round but the thought of ripping your own customers into paying something they already paid is extremely unethical and disgusting. Would not recommend these guys!!!

   My van broke down in Scotland and got recovered to this garage after 2 weeks they called to tell me they are unable to fix my van because they don’t have the staff to do timing belts the guys where good on the phone and good at letting me know what’s happening my only trouble has been when I got my van back it is absolutely covered in oily hand prints all over the van so I would suggest investing in some gloves to keep your customers vehicles clean it’s a white van it’s gonna be a pain to clean now.
