Delivery driver was very kind and extremely helpful; a great ambassador for the organisation. I had a couple of issues with the condition of the items I received but the branch manager was very helpful and accommodating when I called to report this. Professional people doing a great job, very nice to see!

I'm disabled and I needed a certain length of wood but as the size came in 4m lengths, they gave me a saw and I had to cut it myself. I'm a bit disappointed with this service but can understand their reasoning.
Asked for jubilee clips. None in stock. Asked that they re-order supplies. Was told I would have to pay in advance for them to re-order their own stock. I needed four! So a lost customer!!! Strange approach to customer service.
