This Arnold Clarks branches is taking advantage of women who don't really know much about cars,but rely on honesty from these forms of franchies and to not rip them on off. I took a single parent Woman in to Have her car from Arnold Clarks Dumbarton, serviced bye them on a car off theirs and mot'd . Lady was told £100-£200 but called And Told overall£500+ to get it through an MOT. One word ROGUES towards women drivers, but don't think it's Just women as I'm sure they'll do it to men with little or no knowledge about vehicles. As always the service personnel were most helpful, Kenneth was the one who handled all the arrangements for me in a very professional manner can't thank him enough for his help and courtesy. Would recommend Arnold Clark to anyone thank you.
Shockingly bad customer service. No joined up thinking between departments. Identified the brakes on my vehicle as seriously defective bit were still happy to let me collect the vehicle without resolving the issues. Failed to advise me that the estimated time for correcting issues could not be met leaving me without a vehicle and so affecting my business.
