Friendly, but this just covers for POOR WORK. Took my car in to have brakes fixed. Returned it to me worse than it was to begin with – charged £300 with a friendly smile :) The brakes rubbing continually, car pulling to one side on braking, and told that "It will wear off". It didn't, and I later had it repaired by a proper mechanic.
Best garage ive known. always super friendly, never over charge and always do a great job. being a chick its nice to know i can go to a local garage and always know my car is in great hands and they will never rip you off - even looking around for the cheapest deal if your car needs a special tyre! 100% recommend to anyone :)
I hadn't used this garage until I noticed they were in the Good Garage Scheme and now they take care of my car and my van. Excellent service and excellent customer care from a local garage with great prices and only too happy to help no matter how small the problem. I would definitely recommend this garage.
Took my q7 in for service and mot. Great service and prices, really happy with the way i was dealt with and would definately recommend to friends and family. A refreshing change from your usual independant garage
I would never use this garage again after my purchase of a Nissan Terrano .It has been the worst service I have ever had from a garage,so many things have been handled so unprofessionally I would be here all day telling you about them. There is still an ongoing issue since February the customer service is appalling & I would never recommend Elite Cars to anyone.
