   The shop and staff are great - BUT, web ordering can be troublesome... ordered 3x items for next day delivery with the promise of a text when they arrived. Text did arrive, but said there was a problem. but items were due soon. Waited all day - nothing. Next day, still nothing, so contacted customer services, who said the items 'were' available, but I needed magical mind reading skills to be aware of this. CS claimed there was a known problem with text notifications. So fix it !
