Good work completed on easy jobs around tyres replacement etc. but missed a very crucial element of repairs needed around the clutch. I was informed there was no issue and after taking it to another garage there was multiple repairs needed.
Beth on reception and the rest of the team were excellent. I called on a Saturday and they managed to see me that same afternoon. The technicians inspected my tyre, found a bulge and a hole in the sidewall from a pothole impact and fitted my space saver so I could get through the weekend. They had offered to replace the tyre there and then with a different model, but I booked in for the Monday to get the exact same one under the extended warranty at no cost at all.
I’m a person who doesn’t do reviews. However, following my recent visit to Halfords/National tyres, Incle Street, Paisley ~ on this occasion it would be wrong not to. From my initial phone call, to paying and driving out, the service could not have been better. Ewan was not just professional, courteous and polite, as one would expect, but he was very knowledgeable, helpful and inspired confidence. Having to get a car fixed in some manner fills me with trepidation and anxiety ~ can I trust what they’re telling me? Given my experience, the answer at Incle Street is undoubtedly yes.
An amazing service from start to finish a big thanks to Jacqui and her female assistant they are so knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything, this place is highly recommended great value for money and the staff including the technicians go above and beyond to help you. Don’t pass them by. You definitely wont be disappointed
Had my car booked in for an MOT on Friday 3rd of October at 11am at Hamilton Street Paisley but when i got there it had been changed to another Halfords garage round the corner with a n earlier time. they had tried to contact me but I had missed the call. When I explained this to Jackie at Halfords in Incle street she managed to squeeze me in to a later slot she was terrific and very helpful and friendly i was very grateful for her doing that. Lack of communication between shifts. receipt's sent to customers before all work is completed. Staff that can’t handle a work load of 3 cars without becoming agitated. won’t be back.
Ordered tyres on line when I arrived the tyre fitter removed wheel and told me I had 6mm left and did not require new tyres and arranged a full refund could not have been more helpful l have used this garage for many years and will continue to do so
I had a slow puncture. Had used them before no problems. This time they could not be arsed to help, spent two and a half hours around Paisley, car never moved.never using again,Was told to use quickfit.Should be no star's
Three great guys who met me with a warm welcome (paisley). Arrived in a panic for a tyre check, no need as these guys just made it happen, hassle free. a credit to the company. This is the 3rd time I have used this branch and couldnt recommend it highly enough.
