   Received a duck salad instead of a duck fried rice. Explained to them on the phone that someone was allergic to cucumbers and that the was no description of cucumbers, but received loads of verbal abuse. Was told that they wouldn’t send out another one or refund. They said that it was “IMPOSSIBLE for someone to be allergic to cucumbers as it’s in a salad”. Wouldn’t go here if I were paid.

   Wow, this place was bad. Got jam instead of sweet and sour sauce, not sure how that even happens. It all tasted like some microwave meal from Iceland

   Thought I’d give them a try despite the low review score as they’ve had some positive reviews recently. But after trying, I’m not sure who these people are calling it their “Go to Chinese takeaway in Bristol”. All the fried items were absolutely dripping in grease, they clearly didn’t let the fryers reach a high enough temp. And the fried rice and chow mein has zero flavour other than salty. It’s actually kind of impressive they’ve somehow managed that. Very sad as I understand it’s under new ownership, but they need to learn how to cook.

   The food was delicious, the price was more than reasonable given the current climate, and the staff were both friendly and helpful. Honestly I would love to give them 4.5 stars because their food was excellent and the menu stands out from other similar takeaways, but one dish was slightly drier than anticipated - although I understand this may be either due to thier busyness or my expectation. Either way I will definitely be going back, because out of the few Chinese takeaways within walking distance this is now by far my favourite.

   I've been getting my Chinese takeaways here for nearly 20 years, over at least 3 or 4 different owners. Consistency and quality had 5 been good, and the value was very good. As of December 2021, it's under new management yet again. Things have changed: a bit less choice, more tofu options, some price increases, and no more free prawn crackers(!) but based on my first try, the quality is at least as good. I hope they keep it up!

   Service was good and chow mien was nice however we could barely eat the duck, bone dry and rock solid, there's crispy duck and then there's Pandas crispy duck could've lost my tongue.

   Massive disappointment this time!!!! I had some stuff there two months ago it was very nice but I ordered it there and just took it home . Yesterday I had ordered via phone& got it delivered. Delivery was quick but it was the only nice thing about it. Food was horrible. Dry and it felt like I'm having leftovers from last night! I have ordered two special chow meins. There was 2 prawns in each box!!! The pieces of meat were 1cm (or not even) hardly ANY vegetables. All I got was pretty much dry leftover noodles , no sauce , no taste for 11.60 pounds... If a place can't keep a good standard it should be avoided.
