   I had my car booked in with another garage for a service and mot but when I went and waited for almost and hour with no response from the owner, I just by chance found on Google glencryan autos and seen they were opened. Thought I would chance it and see if they could fit me in or at least book for another time. Fortunately and kindly they kept my car but did advise they might not be able to complete the full work that day but would do their best. Within a couple of hours I received a phone call and all work was completed. One happy customer. When you work full time and try to manage this kind of thing it can be stressful but so glad glencryan came to the rescue! Will definitely be using again in the future.

   Called last minute and they fit my car in the next day. Kept me informed of work needing done and I had it back a few hours later. They also noticed a bulb out as they were about to close but still kindly fixed it for me. Will definitely book my car in again.

   Good service, took car in at 8:30 and got a call within a couple hours to say what needed done for MOT pass. They called again after that to say work was complete and I had my car home by lunchtime. Reasonably priced too for new brake pads and discs. Would use them again. Only thing is it’s cash only so had to go to a couple different ATMs to get cash on way back down.

   Dropped car of at 8am. I told them it was offside full cluster. I never got any phone call and called SIX hours later my self and someone would call back about and he had price up for nearside but obviously had sat with car for six hours and not done anything. I told them I needed car back for work when I dropped it off. Phoned back at 5pm and was told still waiting on "same day parts" and it would be tommorow. Phone next afternoon to be told still waiting. Phoned around 5pm and was told Audi had sent the wrong parts and it would be tommorow. Finally got a phone call next morning and was told parts cam in yesterday morning and they were fitting a lamp cluster all day yesterday and this morning. I told him about the "wrong parts" that had come in and he said what wrong parts. One doesn't know what lies the other told. Obviously keep your car and take other throughout the day. Also this is the same scenario of what happend to me 3 years ago. The wrong parts scenario. Also cash only in this day and age when ATMS only give £300 and bank branches have closed.
