All staff I interacted with were friendly, competent & professional. They kept me fully appraised throughout & the quality of the repair was 100%. You would never know the rear of my car had been hit.
I recently had my car fix in this garage. It was through the insurance company. Front bumper to be fixed. I left my BMW working fine. On the day of the collection I recognised that the passenger doors are not opening. It was Friday so I’ve been told to leave the car and someone will contact me on Monday. First thing in the morning the manager from Solus phoned me saying that It has nothing to do with the accident and they won’t fix it. It definately wasn’t like that before and they had to do something!!!! I was driving from Edinburgh so it took me nearly two hours both ways. Avoid avoid !!!!
So impressed with the Solus. Someone hit our car, contacted Aviva and with a few hours Solus were on the call to arrange uplifts and courtesy car. Regular updates, such a friendly team when you call. This was not a car they had been used to working with as Jaecoo so knew so they said they would keep me updated on parts. We delayed uplift for a few days of our car although the team had pictures and had already ordered parts before the car arrived - awesome. Would highly recommend - my car was back within 2 weeks of them having it.
Such friendly staff who looked after me from the second I walked into reception. Just got to hope they can get the parts in and the car repairs go as well as they can. Update.... after a bit of a hic-cup at the beginning and a delay on the work actually commencing, my car has now been repaired to an EXTREMELY high standard and dropped off at my house by a very friendly driver. Would of given it 5 stars if my car could of been worked on when it was taken in and not 3 days later but using their app (which is not 100% easy to use) I seen that they worked the weekend and early starts trying to get it back to me asap. For that I am extremely grateful.
Solus collected my car, repaired it to a high standard and returned with no issues. Plenty of regular updates, the online sheet is ideal, to see the progress of the work done. Staff who I communicated with were friendly and helpful. The girls on reception were great. Overall great experience during an unideal situation where my car had to get fixed after a it was damaged due to no fault of my own.
Had an accident and they were the garage that reviewed the situation for the insurance company. All contact was professionally conducted and they kept me aware of what was happening . Empathetic and gave me advice to direct me on tips to move forward. Good professional service for a stressful time . Thx
Delivered car back with tyre pressure light on.driver told my wife it was because its cold outside.. big nail in tyre they said they would fix.car been sitting in our drive 4 days with flat tyre
The repair looks to be done to a high standard and the communication was good, but unfortunately I'm not sure how they treated my car or the way it was driven. My car was dropped off at Enterprise and driven 30 miles to and from Solus repair centre, but when I got my car back there had been 48 miles of fuel used. So their drivers must have had a heavy right foot or they have left my car engine running for no reason and wasted fuel. The picture is a before and after the repair.
I recently had to use the services of this Branch for repairs to my Alfa Romeo. Although it took considerable time to receive the spare parts from AR which has to be expected in these times' everything else was professionally handled by the full Team' Communicating with your customer with good or bad news is imperative and in my case it was the delay to the new parts but the guys here gave me regular weekly calls updating me which did take the pain out of the wait along with a decent replacement car. I also have to thank them for undertaking and resolving an issue with my Forward Collision System at no additional cost. Would I use them again or recommend them to a family or friend most definitely:
