   Booked my BMW in to have the front brakes done as they were desperately needing changed. They were able to fit me in at short notice, and I got text reminders on the run up to my booking as well as a reminder email. Arrived on the day and received a warm welcome in their newly refurbished reception, which looks amazing. In no less than one hour I was back on the road and the car is once again a pleasure to drive. Thank you again David for squeezing me into your busy diary, and Derek for the quality job. 5 Star Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

   Can’t praise Gow Motor Services enough my SQ5 had been into main dealer on numerous occasions for a turbo underboost fault which they had been unable to solve half a day at Gow Motor Services and fault diagnosed and fixed for a very reasonable price will be taking both our Audis for all repairs and servicing in the future

   I booked car in to get the the suspension arm replaced and as service was due i said I would get that done too. A woman took all the details at length and booked it in for 3 week time. I brought the car in on the day 15 mins before they opened. He assured me like the woman that suspension arm and service would be done. I got home and shortly afterwards got a phone saying that the service had been done and to collect the car. I asked about suspension arm and he said he would discuss when I collected the car. When I got there he said they had done the full service complete thorough inspection and road test and found only an advisory for a tyre and rear shock absorber. I said no and it definitely did need suspension arm and the guy said to go with mechanic to show him what was going on. I only drove no more than 10 metres still in their car park and lightly tapped the break and vibration went through us both he said he woukd do another inspection and found it was indeed the suspension arm after all despite a full inspection and thorough road test? It was booked in at the end of the week to get this done. I then posted the review on the Sunday and on Monday from 8.30am to 10am had 3 phone calls waking me up on my day off saying that my review was not accurate and he had gone "above and beyond" to order the part and provide the clapped out car to get home on the second visit. I have now added added this fact and had to block their number this time.

   I cannot recommend this guys enough! They are absolutely top notch on what they do, my VW TRANSPORTER had a problem in my turbo which was caused by another garage that has dropped a bit of plastic in my turbo and got stuck was stuck in the fan and because of that it was going to cost me a fortune by changing the turbo etc, then I contracted David and he sorted the problem in one day and find out about the plastic bit, to be honest, that saved me a lots of money. my turbo is still working until today. Now I have my BMW gran coupe and my van always checked by Gow motor services, I won’t change them for nothing. Very honest, Good prices, amazing customer service and good quality of work. Thank you !

   My daughters audi a4 had been in a garage for 6 days an got told a list of faults,most of which I knew were not correct. Took the car out and over to gow at 10am and left it there for them to look at. Received a phone call same day at 2pm saying the car was ready. Amazing service from the minute we entered and am now taking my car along with everyone else in the family.

   Took my Audi TTRS into the guys for a Haldex service, dropped the car off at 9 and picked it back up at 12. Really nice friendly staff who know their stuff and very well priced. Was really impressed with how quickly they done the job and the video they sent showing the work being done. Will definitely be my go to garage now, thanks again guys

   I can’t recommend Gow Motor Services (GMS) highly enough. The bonnet cable on my VW Touran broke so I couldn’t get the bonnet open to check oil etc. I was snookered and worried how long it would be before I could get the car booked into a VW garage. An AA mechanic I spoke to was not optimistic. I searched online for VW garages only to find the usual well known but busy and expensive dealers. Then I found a reference to GMS near Banknock and read their positive reviews so I thought I’d try them. They were closed as it was Saturday morning, but I messaged them hoping they might get back to me on the Monday. But within two minutes I received a very reassuring reply from David Gow, saying I should bring the car in first thing on Monday morning and they would get it open. So I did, and David and his colleague had such a ‘can do’ approach. They were friendly and very professional and got the bonnet open and did a temporary fix within an hour that meant I could open and close the bonnet again while waiting on the new parts. David ordered the parts and booked me in for first thing on the Wednesday to fit the new cable and do a full service. On the Wednesday morning David picked up my car and within half an hour had sent me a very reassuring video showing the car up on the ramp as he did a check of the car tyres, brakes, suspension, and exhaust while the oil was being drained. The video also recommended the replacement of the key fob battery which had been worrying me. So everything was completed and the car returned to me by midday. Amazing service at a very reasonable cost. I’ll definitely be using GMS again. Many thanks David and all the team.

   These guys know diesel cars inside and out. After issue after issue with my AudiA4 and various repairs carried out by myself and other garages i decided to take my car to Gow Motor Services. They had the car less than 3 hours and it was running perfectly again, infact running BETTER than before for the entire time i have owned the vehicle. For a price much less than i had anticipated. These guys are absolute professionals and i wont take my car anywhere else.

   Cannot recommend these guys enough, took my A7 there for a quite a bit of work: Service, front brakes and wheel bearings, replace front grill and a remap; the team handled it perfectly. It's like driving a different (far faster) car. Despite living 25miles away, they will be my go to garage from now on.
