Excellent customer service, everything explained really clearly and priced fairly, I was kept informed with regular updates and my car is now running smoothly. Highly recommended, I will definitely be bringing my car here again in future!
Fantastic service. I’ve noticed a braking fault, which I’ve repeatedly been told by another garage, didn’t exist. On recommendation I booked here-diagnostic check carried out within hours. I was sent a comprehensive email detailing the problem (complete with photos) and repair costs itemised. Car was back on the road within the day! Chatty, helpful staff on reception and although I didn’t meet the mechanics my car seems happier and so am I! Have already recommended to others in the family. Thanks again!
Got my car booked in at very short notice for what green flag said was an electrical issue. My car was returned the very same day after diagnostics and it was a faulty battery! The reception staff were lovely and the mechanics,when I booked in and collected the car, took time to listen and explained everything brilliantly. Would definitely recommend
I had a car emergency that needed urgent attention, and Lawson Autotech managed to fit me in on very short notice. I was greeted by two kind and welcoming receptionists who even offered me a coffee while I waited. Barry who worked on my car was extremely helpful and got the issue sorted quickly, getting me back on the road in no time. Really impressed with the service, would definitely recommend.
Awful place I find them selfish and insensitive . They charge £125 for a “Plug and Play” diagnosis, told me the vehicle is not worth repairing then offered to scrap it for £200 , take their £125 so I can have a total of £75 for a vehicle I bought few months ago, when I declined , they started threatening to charge me for keeping the vehicle in their yard for extra days since I couldn’t get it towed on time. I was fooled by the positive comments here, pls avoid if you’ve not got big pockets on your pant.
Ewan and the team are amazing. The workshop bent over backwards to get my car back on the road after a MOT failure as they knew I was heading off on holiday. Great team, great price and great service.
I cannot recommend this place highly enough! Absolutely fantastic bunch of people that work here. They they go above and beyond for their customers. Helped me big time on 2 occasions over the last year, with different cars that had very different issues. Corrected another garages mess and were open and honest though out. 5 stars aren't enough ❤️
