   Had to get our car repaired after someone ran into the back of it and caused some minor damage to the paint and bodywork. Our insurance got NCR involved who provided a great service, picking the car up from our home, doing all the repair work and even cleaning the interior. Couldn't be happier with the end result, professional service and quick turnaround. Would highly recommend them

   This outfit had my low mileage well looked after xc90 due to a stationary incident caused door damage. They filled the door with cataloy after poorly straightening out the outer lip next to door handle, painted the entire side of the car (wrong colour shade) ordered the wrong door card and broke wind reflectors.(which they did replace, though fitted to wring sides as they are shaped and sided). Only sent pics to assessor and didnt realise the door frame was actually twisted. Had no communication from body shop manager whatsoever that after threatening insurer with court was able to take elsewhere for correct repair to be completed. Not reliable, knowledgable or communicative. Avoid

   Very slow repair time even when repair centre not busy. Been over a week with my car and a tiny superficial dent and expected it back today but still not ready. By the time it is ready today drivers will be finished and I will have to wait till Monday to get my car returned or pay fuel money to and from to pickup myself . I'd say this lengthy repair for such a small dent is only to get as much money from insurance for the courtesy vehicle as possible ...... Not happy !

   Great service from a bad situation from a hit and run driver. My van had been damaged . My insurance put me in touch with nationwide. I must say i was skeptical at first but from start to finish they excelled. Had updates about when my parts would arrive and when to come in , van was ready early. Had a slight issue with the new door being out of alignment but wasnt a problem as they got me back in and rectified the situation in 5 mins. Good finish on black paint work. no nasty oversparay or bad blends . Couldent tell its been damaged . Would have no hesitations in recomending nationwide . Thanks again bob
