Excellent customer service and the parts are the cheapest I have seen in central Scotland, but of the highest quality. Honest and trustworthy. Highly recommend.
Great service, went above and beyond to help me out. Gear selector cable broke on my car, called to find out a price, price quoted was alot cheaper than another parts company I use. I ordered the parts I needed, explained it would not be possible to collect parts, as my car was immobile, I asked if it would be possible for them to deliver parts, they said no problem at all. Highly recommend them.

Great business to work with. Motor factors scotland supply alot of parts to keep our vehicles maintained and on the road. As we are quite a fast paced business. Down time of vehicles is not ideal. Which is why we use motor factors scotland. The team there are great and very helpful and always go the extra mile to make sure they send out the correct part first time and as quick as they can. We have also bought alot of reg plates from them which have always arrived in fantastic time and quality has been exceptional weather it being standards plates or the 4d acrylic ones.
