   I booked through Click mechanic as I needed to have my car brakes repaired. I was informed my car was to be picked up for repair. The time was set between 8-10am, no one turned up, so I called garage and cancelled, at 10.20am they turned up, Billy and his colleague, I told him I was not happy at this and I had cancelled, anyway they were here now, the spent around 5 mins checking my car, and told me what I already knew, they said they were only there to check car, then send me a quote and get it booked in for another day, I said what was point of that, I could have booked it into any garage, without the wait, they were charging me £89 for this, Billy told me the garage don’t get that money it was Click mechanic, that’s the first lie, he then told me that Click mechanic set the price for repair, second Lie, he stood on my doorstep and told me this. He sent the invoice of what it would cost to change discs and pads, almost £700 plus the inspection, so £800, that’s when he told me it was click mechanic that set the prices, I said I’m not having that done as it’s way too expensive, he agreed with this but it’s click mechanic that set it, complete lie, they just take commission on what the garage charge, Billy even said he would contact Click mechanic to see if they would remove the inspection cost £89, they have nothing to do with it, it’s the garage charge. So late to my home, then stood and told me lies, never again

   travelled there this morning from Edinburgh 28/06/25 after reading good reviews for a drive shaft enquiry only to find that at 09:15 they were closed tried to call with no answer ?????

   Superb - had an alarming knocking sound from front of car for weeks, various suspension parts replaced by another garage with no improvement. Another diagnosis from a mobile mechanic would have cost a very large amount of money, luckily he went away on holiday before he could carry out the work so I thought I would try Propshaft as they are obviously specialists in this area. They identified a quite different and far less expensive fault almost immediately and were able to carry out the repair whilst I waited - thus saving me hundreds of pounds and weeks more of a faulty car (like new now). Can't recommend enough.

   Went in and was greeted by a friendly mechanic named Cameron, he said that he had some time and he would be able to take a quick look, quickly got my car on the ramp and spotted my issue quickly and fixed it. Whole interaction was around 45 minutes and fairly priced. Would highly recommend.

   Bit late with this but... WoW! These guys are legendary. It's a rare & special thing to find mechanics who care, aren't trying to push up prices, actually wishing to help, giving time, respect, comfort, humanity, and sticking to their quotes with sterling integrity. - If i lived near these guys etc they'd be my 1st choice Lovely people. True experts. Totally sorted my issues. Garage is super tidy too. Plus most chilled-out receptionist in history of garages - which is calming ha

   Extremely expensive - lack of honesty: they want it more than a £1000 for a new ford transit Mk5 smiley propshaft and over £600 to reconditioned the old one all this happened after they speak to my garage over the phone and quoted him £180 for the recondition but when they see me at their garage different history they called me later on the day to expose those unbelievably expensive prices when new one quoted from different places in the Uk including delivery are max £595. So avoid they priced at the customer head a pure rip off merchant - embarrassing.

   Had a problem with my Mercedes Vito propshaft, was recommended Propshaft Services by a colleague and they did a great job, really fast turnaround which meant minimal downtime for me. Had a good chat with the engineer there, provided loads of great advice and info. They've been in the business for over 20 years he was saying. They really do know their stuff, thanks again!
