   Had issues with my campervan steering and had taken it to somewhere closer to home who had several attempts at tracking etc and couldn't sort it. I had used fastfit previously and moved vehicle to them for it to diagnosed with a tyre issue and remedied very quickly. Worth the extra travel just to get it sorted!! First class friendly and efficient service.

   Avoid this garage. I booked my car in for an MOT and when I collected it, I found the glass in my wing mirror had been cracked. Nobody mentioned this to me – I only noticed when I was about to drive away. When I raised it, the manager tried to brush it off as something that can “just happen” during an MOT, which I’ve never experienced elsewhere. He seemed to think I was overreacting. To their credit, they replaced the mirror glass, but shortly afterwards the indicator in the same mirror stopped working – coincidentally one of the reasons they failed the MOT. When I returned, I was met with disbelief and told they had already “done me a favour.” At one point they even agreed to fix the indicator, before abruptly refusing and telling me I wouldn’t be allowed back if they did. The attitude from the manager was extremely dismissive and condescending throughout. I got the impression they weren’t happy I didn't just accept their £600 repair quote without question. Overall: poor communication, poor customer service, and I won’t be taking my car back here.

   I have taken my cars and the wife’s cars here for more than 20 years and this time they went above and beyond with the service. My Ecu failed on the gearbox and they don’t normally deal with that but Rab and the team got the car back on the road.Service is excellent communication from Becky keeping you updated with the progress of the repairs second to none! Recommend them to anyone. Thanks so much for getting it back on the road.

   Have always used this garage for my mot and yearly service but this year my transmission service was due had contacted a few specialists for prices and was getting quoted crazy prices.Fast fit said they could do the transmission service on my B class Mercedes’ and used all Mercedes’ parts for half the price I was quoted and carried out this service along with engine service. Well done boys and keep up the good work cars running like a Swiss watch again thanks to you guys

   I have used this garage a few times now after my dealership agreement came to end and have been well impressed with the level of service, the reasonable costs and the friendliness of the staff.    First class service from start to finish. Couldn't recommend the garage and the staff highly enough. From the office staff to the guys in the workshop i was made feel welcome and was very well looked after. I have since taken my mother down with her car when it was in need of some TLC and she too, was delighted with the staff and their level of workmanship and enthusiasm.
