“I called Gary this morning 1st thing asking if he was able to come and look at my toilet which was leaking and he advised me it would be later on today/tomorrow morning which i was happy with. He texted me this afternoon saying he was 10 mins away and when he turned up, he identified the issue straightaway and had the part to fix my toilet which was great.
