    Recently used for an outside tap and some other plumbing works. He did most of the work to a good standard, although painfully slow. He informed me he would need to do some extra work to leave it with a finish he was happy with. Work outside the discussed works required, which I hadn't asked to be done leaving the required work half done. I foolishly paid in full the price we agreed and haven't heard or seen him since. No reply to phone calls or texts unfortunately

    Avoid, unreliable and unprofessional. Arranged to come out Monday, no show. Called and he confirmed 7am to 7.30 Tuesday, again no show. Various calls and texts then to be told can't manage out to do work. These reviews are no reflective of his consistency and communication. This work was for two pensioners, but clearly hapoybto leave them stuck and have then getting up early only to be let down.

    I was wanting an outside tap fitted and having been let down by another 2 people I contacted Gary . He arrived on time at 9 this morning and had the job done by 9.45. He acted professionally and obviously knew his job. He also carried out the job under COVID guidelines. He was also very nice and pleasant and I would recommend him to anyone.

    I called Gary this morning 1st thing asking if he was able to come and look at my toilet which was leaking and he advised me it would be later on today/tomorrow morning which i was happy with. He texted me this afternoon saying he was 10 mins away and when he turned up, he identified the issue straightaway and had the part to fix my toilet which was great. Gary was very chatty during the time he was at my house and professional. He had my toilet fixed in no time and the price was brilliant. I will be recommending him to everyone. Thanks again! Lisa
