   If I could give 0 starts I would this place is something you would not eat even if you had no other choice it’s horrific how they can even sell this food to people I feel bad for people for ordering from this place and on the toilet for the rest of the week. The crispy chilli beef was saturated in fat and that’s all you could taste was pure FAT. Pancake rolls were like they had been put in the fryer 10 times and they was just pure fat dripping absolutely disgusting I really don’t know how this business is still running keep your money and go get a pot noodle

   Have been going to Jasmine for over 6 years now, and it’s obvious why. Run by the loveliest people, and the food is amazing too! Second to none in Bristol. All great prices, amazing service and always quick to deliver! Cannot recommend Jasmine enough. Is a definite must try!

   Food was absolutely disgusting. Had no taste at all, chips were completely soggy & portion sizes of the hongkong style chicken was disgusting for the price, and to add it also had 0 taste too. My pancake roll was also burnt & tasted like it had been charcoaled. Definitely would not recommend or order again.

   M-I-N-U-S 5 - ⭐️ 'S I PLACED MY ORDER, AND BEFORE I COULD GIVE HER ANOTHER NUMBER SHE HUNG UP, I PHONED BACK TO GIVE ANOTHER MOBILE NUMBER BECAUSE THE SIGNAL IS BAD WHERE I LIVE AND TO ASK THE DRIVER TO PLEASE BRING £5 CHANGE BUT AGAIN BEFORE I COULD ASK IF THE DRIVER COULD BRING £5 CHANGE BECAUSE I ONLY HAD A £20 NOTE SHE HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN I CALLED BACK AND SAID YOU KEEP HANGING UP BEFORE I FINISH WHAT IM TRYING TO SAY, THE LADY TOLD ME TO STOP ASKING FOR SO MUCH. SHE DIDN'T KNOW IF THE DRIVER WOULD HAVE CHANGE AND HUNG UP AGAIN. THE DRIVER WAS NICE; I WISH I COULD SAY THE SAME FOR THE FOOD, BURNT CHIPS ARE AN UNDERSTATEMENT, AND THERE IS NO WAY FOOD CAN STAY THAT HOT WITHOUT BEING NUKED IN THE MICROWAVE; THAT'S WHY SO MANY DISHES ARE RUBBERY. THIS IS THE SECOND AND LAST TIME I END UP ILL FROM THIS PLACE; I THOUGHT AFTER HAVING NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE 4 YEARS AGO, THINGS MIGHT HAVE GOT BETTER; HOW WRONG WAS I... NOTE TO SELF - IT'S NOT GOING TO BE 3RD TIME LUCKY.

   Appalling customer service. The lady on the phone was rude and frankly did not care about what we were asking for. We will not be ordering from them ever again. Shocking; they didn't even give us the chance to order food so we can't even review that! But based on some of the other reviews, that might be a good thing!

   Definitely the worst Szechuan Chicken and Beef in Blackbean Sauce I’ve ever had. Both dishes didn’t taste like any Szechuan or Blackbean dish I’ve had previously from other Chinese takeaways (both have a distinctive taste and flavour). Best way I can describe what Jasmine provided? well the dishes tasted as if the takeaway were missing some ingredients and they decided to put together some Frankenstein dish hoping I wouldn’t notice. Anyway, very disappointed as I couldn’t finish the food because of the odd taste. Best advice for anyone reading this is that Bristol has loads of Chinese takeaways so I’d encourage you to order from elsewhere. I certainly won’t be ordering from here again. P.S I only ordered from here because they were the only Chinese takeaway delivering at the time of placing the order. This reason along with the free prawn crackers is why I’ve not rated them 1 star.

   Ordered and collected food. Food was actually really good, on time and well packaged. Staff were friendly and polite the only down side was the shop looked quite run down and I wasn't sure if it was open. Was a bit concerned about the order when I saw the place but have been pleasantly pleased.

   Always friendly and will usually give free prawn crackers, which is a nice touch. The food is good and the chicken in the special fried rice is lovely. I really enjoy their sweet and sour sauce.
