   My car was in through insurance, so unhelpful on the phone, made to feel like i was bothering them looking for an update, didnt repair my windows and the assistant manager tried to make it out to be my fault?? wouldnt use again to be honest

   Just had my car in for repair. Picked up Wednesday, dropped off Saturday. Very professional from start to finish. Courtesy car dropped off when collecting mine. Very friendly when explaining what they would be doing to my car. Would highly recommend this company. Keep up the great work.

   I unfortunately had a non fault accident and the rear of my car was quite damaged. My insurance company referred me to Gemini for them to do the repairs and I honestly can’t rate them enough. They kept in constant contact with updates every week. If there was any changes they informed you. They acted so professionally and got my car looking like new again.    My car was in an accident and recovered from my home address to GARC - the service and assistance I received was first class from the receptionist. I was very impressed with the care and genuine interest at a very stressful time. Just yesterday I had to get back to them with a query in relation to my written off car and I was honestly blown away with the numerous speedy responses received via email helping me with my situation which was resolved very quickly by Lorraine. She went above and beyond to help me and I couldn’t have managed to sort my issue out without her assistance.    So, my car was rear ended and I was offered Gemini ARC as the repair facility. As this was a no fault accident I didn't think I had a choice. What I can say is WOW. What a repair, thank you. The car looks like a showroom condition demonstrator. It is flawless, I have a full printout of all the works and the team explained exactly what was done. I couldn't be happier. On driving home the car is for better words perfect. I was kept informed with text messages and phone calls throughout the whole process, from initial pickup before repairs to collection after repairs. I have a eye for detail as like most car nuts it's your pride and joy. Honestly, it is amazing. I would highly recommed this repair facility to anyone. Thanks again. Ric (The VW Golf GTD Owner)

   Had to have 2 side doors replaced due to a non fault accident. Gemini Uddingston dropped a courtesy car to my home and regularly kept me up to date on the progress. The work done was to a high standard and looked good as new. Would have given 5 stars if it had not been for the long wait to get the parts.

   Had a non fault accident where my rear bumper, boot, crash bar and a few other parts were smashed in. First of all I am EXTREMELY picky with who I let to touch my car, but unfortunately I would have had to pay extra to get it sorted by my usual garage. Luckily Alan's team did a great job on fixing all parts needed and repainting the car. I would have noticed a single scratch but it was indeed a very good job. Knocking one star off because I had to drive to Uddingston myself to pick up the courtesy car and then again to drop it back off and pick my own car up, but happy enough overall. I was so paranoid after reading some horrible reviews on other Gemini ARC branches, so if you're in the same boat I wouldn't worry about this particular one!
