    My got to branch every time, and the customer service has always been amazing until today that Soren decided to tell me to "go away" and not wait in the store as I haven't received the text saying that my order was ready instead of suggesting I "check in" as usual. Worth saying that I always check items are in stock before ordering. More training would be very appropriate for him.
