My mother went to see what was wrong with her car, they ordered a part without asking, and said that if she doesn't transfer the money that they were going to keep the car until she payed, because they dont except card. Never had an experience like this before here.
Terrible. Tried 4 times to get them to price a repair to my air conditioning without sucess and after repeated promises. Avoid

Took both my partner and I's bikes round to Alexanders for their MOTs and was pleasantly pleased with the service. The mechanic we spoke to was kind enough to point out a quick issue that would've meant one of the bikes would've failed an MOT and we got it rectified before he carried out the checks, saving us getting a re-test Very pleased, will be back again for any issues we have in the future
