Went to this garage for a service & MOT, car failed its MOT and I was given a list of parts that require changing but upon asking for price I was over priced majorly. I said I’ll get the work done elsewhere to be given snarky comments & cheek down the phone. Aggressive & arrogant I would certainly avoid!
This is a really superb garage which I've used many times. They are very quick, keep you informed and their prices are well below larger establishments. They are also extremely friendly, explaining everything with great people-skills. I'd highly recommend John and his team with no reservations.
Absolutely amazing first class service . John and Agnes are the nicest people :) I’ve ever met. I can’t thank them enough for everything they done to help me after breaking down right outside their garage, they didn’t even hesitate to help me and took my car straight in. I use Autotec for my MOT every year and for any repairs on my car that I can't take care of myself, due to the fact I don't have certain specialist equipment or a car lift. The staff are professional and friendly, always willing to help with answering any questions or offering advice. Overall I would highly recommend them.
Superb service! Dropped off in the morning for an engine management light diag, and by noon all work was completed. John phoned and explain the issue, and then when I came to collect the car, John took the time to show me the faulty parts in person and what was repaired. Price was very decent as well compared to dealership. Will definitely be back, thank you John and Autotec!
Have used this company a couple of times in recent years to get my car’s air con regassed and brought back to life. Both times they were really friendly and professional, and left you with the overwhelming feeling that they had gone the extra mile to make sure the job was done right.
