Great neighbourhood garage. Were able to help at fairly short notice, great communication throughout and were flexible with our delayed arrival time. Happy to help, reasonably priced and seem like the sort of place you could trust.
Went with a broken button on my gear stick, looked up the part which cost £138 on the official Vauxhall website but was charged £336 for a 10 minute job (watched on YouTube) Obviously taken aback when confronted about it but price remained the same. Ripping me off because I’m a young girl, ridiculous.

Would give 6/5 if I could. Brilliant wee garage, prices are really reasonable, but what I think sets these guys apart from the rest is the level of customer service. Had my car in to replace my drop links to resolve a knocking noise from my suspension. The drop links being the source of the noise problem was my own diagnosis. Garage changed the drop links but this didn’t resolve the problem. Guys asked me to bring the car back a few days later and went ahead and solved and fixed the noise issue free of charge. Absolutely amazing that they did this for me. Forever grateful guys.
Great service friendly guys and reasonably priced
Having recently moved to Glasgow I needed to find a new place for car repairs and service. Ashwood car service centre was local to home and had good reviews. The reviews are correct in their ratings, excellent customer service from start to finish. I took my car for repair, was asked to bring my car the next morning. Stevie was great, took my name, number and a brief description of the issues the car had and I was told would get a phone call when complete. No nonsense business, was quoted a fair price and collected the car a few hours later If you are looking for a new place for your car repair or service, or if you have recently moved to Glasgow and want to find someone new, don’t bother looking somewhere else, your search is over. You won’t regret it. First impressions really do count. I will be a customer of Ashwood Car Service from now on
Great Garage has been there as long as I can remember. I had a new coil pack fitted last year and it nearly havled my petrol usage. Back in today. They done a great job and yet again the car's improved.
Needed a tyre changed so popped in as its a local Garage. Part was ordered for next day and fitted within 20 mins of dropping off! Will use again and support the small independent businesses :)
Peter the owner of the garage was exceptionally helpful and took my car in at shortnotice after I was made aware my MOT had expired he fitted it in right away and fixed it so I would have it for the weekend. He made me aware of things an old garage I used hadnt made me aware of and I had been driving a dangerous car. I now feel confidant and safe and would highly reccommend them any day there pricing is great too you wont be ripped off like other garages I've been too.
